Graphic design is a process were a designer creates something unique that will be presented to a targeted audience. The most common uses for graphic designs would be logos, websites, and advertisements. Graphic design is more commonly used to sell a product or idea through visual material. Most likely a person would rather see artwork for a company instead of a paragraph explaining the company. Some examples would be the Starbucks logo and the McDonald's logo. More skilled graphic designers add extra detail to the logo or idea they are presenting. Having prior knowledge with art will help a person be a better graphic designer. Some graphic designers do all the work in creating their image. Others have a specific job to help create the final result of what their making. Graphic designers use computers as a tool then any other tool because of the software that can be used on the computer.
